All products sold at Creative Mature Women are digital in nature (such as downloadable files, e-books, templates, guides, or digital courses). Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are generally considered final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
However, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Eligibility for a Refund
