Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, your digital product(s) will be delivered as follows:

• Standard digital products (coloring books) are made available for download immediately or via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

• Personalized eBooks will be delivered to your email address within the timeframe stated on the product page (typically 2–5 business days, depending on customization complexity).

 

It is your responsibility to provide a valid and active email address at checkout. Creative Mature Women is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us promptly.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

• Download and print the purchased digital coloring book(s) for personal, non-commercial use within your household;

• Reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our digital products with others outside your immediate household;

• Upload, post, or make our products available on any file-sharing platform, website, or social network;

• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any of our products;

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our products;

• Use our products for commercial purposes, including resale, without written permission from Creative Mature Women.

 

Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your license and legal action.

Refunds & Returns

As all of our products are digital, we follow a structured Refund Policy. Key points include:

• All sales are generally final once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
