Digital Product Delivery Policy

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. This link will also be available on the order confirmation (Thank You) page immediately after checkout.

Please note:

•    Download links are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Each link allows up to 5 download attempts. If you need additional attempts or your link has expired, please contact us and we'll resend it promptly.
•    Download all files to your computer upon receipt.
•    If you do not receive your email within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

All digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without permission.

All sales are generally considered final once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a genuine issue with your purchase — such as a corrupted file or a technical error — please contact us within 7 days and we will issue a replacement download or store credit at our discretion.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid and active email address at checkout. Creative Mature Women is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, or spam filters.
